Resist, You Cannot. The Star Wars Force has landed at Singapore Changi Airport Terminals 2 and 3!
Whether you are arriving at Changi Airport or departing from it, stop by for some intergalactic experience. In anticipation of the much-awaited new Star Wars: The Force Awakens movie, two of the films series’ iconic starfighters have landed in Singapore for the first time.
Be One With The Force
From 13 November to 5 January, airport visitors can don on Star Wars costumes and take the hot seat behind the controls in the cockpit of a life-sized Star Wars X-Wing Fighter (pictured above) at Terminal 3 (T3) Departure Hall.
You will also be able to take home photo memorabilia for free! Tickets are issued per day and on a first-come, first served basis over four photo sessions each day: 10am, 1pm, 4pm (except Saturdays), and 7pm. Each session last about 2 hours.
If you are at Terminal 2 (T2) Departure Hall, look out for the life-sized Signature Starfighter of the first Order (below).
Also at T2 to welcome passengers arriving at Changi Airport are life-sized figurines of the First Order Stormtroopers and the astromech droid R2-D2 stationed at the Star Wars themed gate holdroom and aerobridge at gate E26.
For Singapore residents, this is a great outing to take your little star troopers and Darth Vader fans. T2 and T3 are connected by a short walk bridge.
Meet the Star Wars Pilots and Storm Troopers
From 14 November to 2 January in the new year, look out for the X-wing fighter pilots and Imperial Stormtroopers every Saturday (except 19 December) at 4pm!
You can find them at T3 Departure Hall – Immigration and they will only be around on these seven dates, so mark your calendar — Nov 14, 21, 28, Dec 5, 12, 26 and Jan 2. This is a photo opportunity not to be missed.

These droids are controlled via an iPad app. Your digital-savvy kids will love to drop by for a quick spin on the icy Norwegian slopes.
The Norwegian Winterland Playground and BB-8 Obstacle Course is open from 12 Nov to 5 Jan 2016, 12pm to 10pm. The playtime per session is 10mins.
