A virtual meeting is when people around the world, regardless of their location, use video, audio, and text to link up online. Virtual meetings permit individuals to share data and information continuously without being physically located together. In this unprecedented times when we have to practice social distance and deliberately isolate ourselves from our family and friends to avoid fines and jail time, meeting in a virtual space is an ideal solution.
Catch up with friends and family online to celebrate birthdays or special occasions. Play poker games, have coffee sessions or go to virtual happy hours with your mates all over the world in a virtual setting. You are no longer limited by distance when you are in a virtual space. For those of us who freelance or work remotely from home, we can still conduct our business as usual and have meetings in a virtual space.
Budget may be an issue of concern. Hence, in this post, we share 3 virtual meeting spaces where you can host and /or gather with your friends, family or business associates for FREE. In these virtual spaces, you can conduct your meeting with multiple parties, participate in discussion and share your presentation documents with them at no cost to you.

These issues with basic security practices culminated with “Zoombombing,” in which trolls crashed people’s video meetings and bombarded them with inappropriate material like pornography. If you are an educator or you have children using Zoom for their home-based learning (HBL) exercises, you may wish to check out their best practices for securing a virtual classroom or monitor your child’s usage closely.
