Milkshake

BANANA MILKSHAKE

Yields 2 servings Ingredients:

  • 2 ½ cups Cold water
  • 100gm Régilait Low Fat milk powder or Calcium Plus Non Fat milk powder
  • 3  Frozen ripe bananas
  • ½ cup  Crushed Ice
 Methods:
  1. Combine cold water with Régilait Low Fat milk powder or Calcium Plus Non Fat milk powder to make a smooth paste.
  1. Place the frozen bananas and all ingredients into the blender and process until smooth. Serve immediately.

STRAWBERRIES MILKSHAKE

Yields 2 servings Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Régilait chilled milk (2 cups cold water mix in 100g Régilait Multi-Vitamins milk powder)
  • 1 cup Yogurt
  • 200g Semi frozen strawberries (removed stem and cut into half)
  • Honey to taste
  • Ice cubes (optional)
 Methods:
  1. Pour chilled Régilait milk into the blender, add in the yogurt, semi frozen strawberries, honey and ice cubes (optional).  Blend until smooth and serve immediately.

CHOCOLATE MILKSHAKE

Yields 2 servings Ingredients:

  • 100g Régilait milk powder (For 1 bowl of 1 litre of REGILAIT MILKSHAKE)
  • 930ml Cold water
  • 3 tbsp honey (to taste)
  • ½ cup Chocolate powder
 Methods:
  1. Fill a tumbler with 930ml of cold water.
  2. Add Régilait milk powder, honey and chocolate powder.
  3. Mix and shake well with ice.
